Today was my first time at Charlestown Dental, and at first, I was hesitant. Prior to coming in today, I had only ever been to dentists owned by large corporations, and my experience with them has been unfortunate to say the least. I was anticipating this office to be just as bad, if not worse. However that assumption was wrong. I was immediately greeted by the cozy atmosphere of the waiting room, and the kind clerk who helped me get my intake appointment taken care of. I was seen by a Dental Assistant named Brie(I might be wrong with the name) and the Dr. Dillion Watts. Both of these individuals were very patient, and pleasant to talk to. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or displeased while interacting with the two, and they both kindly answered any questions I had regarding my X-Rays, insurance benefits, and procedures. Overall, I'm very pleased with how my appointment went today. I'm looking forward to my next appointment, and I hope that everyone in the office has a wonderful, safe February!

I just had my first visit with Charlestown Road Dental because my old dentist didn't take my new insurance. I was expecting to just get new x-rays & a basic cleaning. However, after reviewing my x-rays, they noticed that I had some deeper issues going on with my gums, including bone loss. So right away, they took the time to take measurements & set up a treatment plan for me. This is the first dental office that has seemed to care deeply about my overall oral health, by noticing things other dentists hadn't noticed. I'm grateful to know that I am in good hands & I thank God for the kind, compassionate people who work there 🙏
