I had a crown from another dentist fall off and from the time I spoke to the receptionist Gretchen, to the time I worked with the dental assistant Alma, and while I worked with Dr Watts, everyone was very helpful, paid close attention to detail, and we're all quite enjoyable / professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be coming back, and the crown he seated fits better than it did before!

Charlestown Road Dentist got me in quick and wait time was short on the day of. They were no-nonsense (no trying to push me into extensive work I didn't need like other dentists I've been to). They presented me with options that were more cost effective than other places- options other dentists never mentioned. Staff was warm and seemed caring, they put me at ease; I have alot of anxiety around seeing the dentist. The dentist was quick but seemed thorough, he was gentle and answered my many questions. The office is handling all the insurance pre-auth and even said they would handle an appeal if denied. I have only been to this office one time but I was satisfied and greatful; I would recommend Charlestown Road Dentist.

This is truly the best place I’ve ever been to!!!!! !when you walk in you are greeted by the receptionist with a warm smile. the assistants make you feel like you are family. All the lady’s there are so nice and sweet, they go out their way to make you feel really comfortable. But I really have to give it to Dr Watts he is amazing!!! He saw I was really nervous and took his time so the me and was was SUPER GENTLE!!! While he was examining me made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I had the best experience with him.
